Having first opened in November of 2016, Vinifera Wine Bar and Bistro has been serving the Auburn community for years. Aside from their incredible menu of food, wine, and beer, guests can enjoy the sheer passion put into everything this restaurant offers.

Founders Jeremy MacArthur and Brittiany Karlson have brought their expansive experience with the restaurant and wine and beer industries to the forefront of their business. Their love for what they do is evident in every aspect of their wine bar and bistro.

An Expansive Menu

When you stop in for dinner, you're sure to leave feeling completely content. Plus, they offer something for everyone. There's the tasty Blackened Chicken Alfredo, featuring their house-made garlic alfredo sauce, along with gluten-free options, like the Seared Ahi Tuna and Tenderloin Au Poivre. Even vegetarians will have choices, like Eggplant Parmesan.

Once happy hour comes around, stop in for a glass of Vinifera red or white and a side of your favorite appetizer. Choose from mouth-watering snacks, like crispy mushrooms and shrimp fritters.

By way of drinks, Vinifera has an extensive wine list with bottles hailing from Washington, California, and even Italy. Take a look over their cocktail menu and see if the Lavender Lemon Martini or Auburnhattan will satisfy your tastes.
